is a good to use windows developer preview as main os?

Yes it's ok, works perfectly for me

it expires march 12, 2012 unfortunately but on February 29, 2012 the Beta will be released, so you will want to wait until then

All software worked for me except antiviruses

(Avast 7 beta released yesterday worked)

These are really great looking but i dont understand how to use the template in photoshop with pictures to make icons.
I'll appreciate the help.

Just open the psd file

, get a cover of the game you want from google images

resize it so it can match the size of the template and paste it into the psd file, after that just save the file as png and you're ready to use it
